Health and Wellness Fair
Join us for our annual Health and Wellness Fair, where you can connect with local health professionals and organizations. The fair will take place at the Cambridgeshire Community Center on Saturday, March 25th, from 10 AM to 4 PM. Be sure to bring your family and friends for a day filled with fun and learning!

Community Fitness Challenge
Get ready to move with our Community Fitness Challenge! This initiative encourages residents to engage in physical activity through a series of weekly challenges that can be completed individually or as part of a team. Participants will have access to virtual fitness classes, tips from personal trainers, and the chance to win exciting prizes.

Educational Workshops and Seminars
Mental Health Awareness Workshop
Understanding mental health is crucial for overall well-being. Our upcoming workshop aims to educate participants on recognizing signs of mental health issues, managing stress, and accessing support services. The Mental Health Awareness Workshop will be held online via Zoom on April 15th at 6 PM. Registration is required, so be sure to sign up early to secure your spot.

Nutrition and Cooking Class
Learn how to make nutritious meals with our hands-on Nutrition and Cooking Class. This class will cover the basics of healthy eating, meal planning, and cooking techniques. Participants will have the opportunity to prepare and taste delicious recipes that can easily be recreated at home.
